The overall mission of Career Transitions, Inc. (CTI) is to provide direct employment, education, training and ancillary services to youth who are identified as at-risk (e.g. low income, school drop-outs, young parents, and foster youth). Our work includes intensive and ongoing collaboration with schools, Workforce Investment Boards, Department of Human Service offices, and the Juvenile Justice system. CTI's primary objective is to assist young adults towards independence and self-sufficiency.
